Advanced Technology
At Georgia Neurosurgical Institute, we’re always on the cutting-edge of the latest technologies and advancements in our profession. A few modern technological procedures we offer include:
- Minimally Invasive Techniques – With the development of minimally invasive techniques, can perform surgeries that ultimately result in fewer post-operative complications and quicker recovery time for our patients.
- Mazor Robotics – Another revolutionary technology we employ is Mazor Robotics. The robotics technology allows unparalleled accuracy when placing implants in the spine, such as screws. As a result, there is less trauma put on the body and a significant reduction in post-operative pain.
Quality Facilities
Georgia Neurosurgical Institute is proud to provide patients with services in our fully accredited surgery center. Our surgery center is staffed by employees who are solely dedicated to our patients. The center provides a tranquil environment with the goals of eliminating unnecessary overnight hospital stays and decreasing recovery time.
Another of our top-of-the-line facilities is our Diagnostics & Imaging Center, which we’ve owned since 2003. Located across the street from our Macon location, the Imaging Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. We offer MRIs, CT scans, x-rays, and an angiogram package. Owning and operating our own center allows us to provide much quicker turnaround times and results for our patients.
Georgia Neurosurgical Institute has locations in Macon, Dublin, Milledgeville, and Warner Robins.
