I feel like the reviews are encouraged and compromised. How can the facility have 5 stars but the main hospital NAVICENT that it works with and shares its neuro patients with has 2 stars and is known for being horrible in overall patient satisfaction. That isn’t even logical. im not going to give 5 stars like most ppl are doing just because the reception is nice. Ppl are suffering but its ok as long as the office workers are nice? NO!
The doctors are arrogant and the ones that aren’t are booked solid. Dr adamson spent all of 3 minutes with my husband just to order tests that were never followed up on. When asking for another doctor they never followed up, they just stopped calling meanwhile my husband is still in pain months later. he was recommended this place by Vineville internal but it has been horrible. i noticed another younger black person say something similar and can’t help but be suspicious because why are u ok with young ppl suffering, what is the data on patient satisfactory when it comes to black ppl of a certain demographic or age. I reached out to customer relations and a Terri responded once and stopped entirely. No one is truly advocating for the ppl that fall through the cracks, devastating.

My husband had c4 to c7 neck fusion in November His surgery was very long and before the surgery he was very unsteady with complete numbness in his right leg. While he still has some numbness in his hands he is doing so much better . Thank you Dr Rowe and Jessica!
My appointment with the EMG1 professional staff member was incredibly interesting as I’ve never had that procedure done before. He was very impressive with his knowledge/application and quite professional. The Billing and appointment Staff was also incredibly kind and professional. I’m having trouble finding a way to read my MRI from a facility not affiliated with GNI and the Staff kept my MRI disc to try and get this issue resolved for me and I appreciate it so much. Thanks so much. Great job by all!

Doctor is good but this absolutely NOT the place to go if you think a Healthcare team should be on top of what's going on. Long appointment waits, expired referrals. Weeks to get refills. Absolutely over crowded and little care.
They won't help or send referral to pain clinic that I just had to be sent to. Left high and dry.

Entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful and so very very caring. They treat me like I’m a real person not just another number. I highly recommend them.
I have been a patient of this practice since 1999. Dr Kim Johnston is an amazing neurosurgeon who is also very patient oriented and puts the care and comfort of his patients as his priority. I have had amazing experiences with all of the staff during my years here and I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
